Support through life’s harder chapters
A space to slow down, make sense of things, and figure out what’s next.
Nice to meet you, I’m Amy.
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#164569) who specializes in supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating life transitions, relational strain, and the stress of holding too much at once.
I start from genuine curiosity about each client’s story and build toward the kind of trust that makes real change possible.
I work with you and the extension of you…
Individuals
Therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and reconnect with yourself. I work with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, relationship challenges, questions of identity, and the feeling of being overwhelmed or stuck. Together, we can explore what’s happening beneath the surface and develop a deeper understanding of what you need to move forward with greater clarity and intention.
Relationships
Relationships can be a source of both deep connection and deep difficulty. I work with couples and partners who want to better understand their patterns, communicate more openly, and feel more connected. Whether you’re navigating ongoing conflict, a major transition, or simply feeling disconnected from one another, therapy can create space to slow down, listen differently, and build a stronger foundation for the relationship.
Families
Families are complex, and changes or challenges affecting one person often ripple through the whole system. I work with families who are navigating transitions, conflict, shifting roles, communication difficulties, or feeling stuck in longstanding patterns. My approach is collaborative and relational, with attention to each person’s experience while creating opportunities for greater understanding, flexibility, and connection.
No matter what you’re going through, I’m here to help…
